Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our e-bikes arrive approximately 85% to 90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and perform a quick safety check.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.
