Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  Pack Your E-Bike

  Securely pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and the charger are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned item for any damages, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
